Shipping & Tracking

You are buying a firearm, so you must arrange to have it shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Once we have received the necessary paper work from your FFL and have verified that your FFL is in good standing we will ship your firearm to that FFL where you can pick it up. We are not responsible for any Federal or local fees you may be required to pay in order to take possession of your firearm. The following link has been provided to aid you in finding an FFL Dealer in your area. Once the winners account is verified to be fully funded, verification of all payments and FFL documents received if applicable the seller will be notified by e-mail regarding instructions for delivery. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made directly from our supplier or from our warehouse to the address provided by you. Delivery times very; therefore, any time provided is only a guide. All items are typically sent out within 30 days of receiving payment and FFL documentation if applicable. Should the item become unavailable GunBiddler reserves the right to notify the winner and arrange a comparable substitute product or equal or greater value. The winner is responsible to promptly notify GunBiddler if the replacement item is acceptable or if they would rather receive a refund of the final auction end price.


What is the return policy?

Firearms are non-returnable and non-refundable. Manufacturer Warranty & Service: In some cases, it may be best to send your firearm directly to the manufacturer for repair or adjustment. Some manufacturers offer superior service and we may direct you in this regard, depending on the brand. Please remember any bids placed during an auction are considered “used” and will not be returned to your account.


How do I return merchandise?

We’re sorry that you have received an item with which you are not happy. If this occurs, we will solve your problem as quickly as possible. Please contact us via email and we will provide return instructions for that specific item. Product Condition: Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.). The merchandise must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned to with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our database. FedEx - (800) 463-3339 UPS - (800) 742-5877 USPS - (800) 275-8777 Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the tracking information and to properly ensure all merchandise being returned to Return Exceptions: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned: • Gift cards • Apple iPads • Consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink • Intangible goods such as bid vouchers, Limit Busters, etc. • BBQ grills • Televisions* • Wall mounting brackets (after the manufacturer's box has been opened) • Any additional item as reflected in the auction page * Televisions are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty and are subject to the terms of the warranty. In home service is available on most TVs depending on the manufacturer and the size of the television. If defective, they will be serviced (repaired or replaced) by a manufacturer authorized service technician. Limitations on Returns: Any item that falls outside of 30 days from the delivery date is not eligible for a return. If the item is beyond 60 days of the purchase date, GunBiddler reserves the right to refuse any investigation into the issue. Claims: Anytime an order is shown delivered according to the shipping agency and is contested by the customer, a claim will be initiated with the shipping agency. This process must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery (according to tracking information). If the customer contests a delivery outside of 14 days from the delivery date (according to tracking information), a claim will not be initiated with the shipping agency. GunBiddler is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or any item that is sold to a third party, once it has been received by the customer. GunBiddler products and services are offered exclusively to private users and not to commercial or semi-commercial retailers.


What are the shipping rates?

The shipping cost of an item will always be shown at the bottom of the auction screen under "Payment Information." This charge may also be viewed upon checkout when you purchase an item.


Are items ever substituted?

On rare occasions, we will not be able to ship the specific item detailed in the auction. If this happens, GunBiddler will contact you and explain the circumstance. This will result in offering you a replacement item or a refund. We are very sorry for any inconvenience we may cause. We will always do our best to keep you happy.
